I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, self-worth, and the many seasons of life that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. I offer a warm, affirming space to be yourself, feel understood, and explore what you need to heal, grow, and move forward at your own pace.
Life can get loud! Therapy can be a space to slow down, tune into what you're experiencing, and reconnect with what matters to you. Together, we'll make space for your story, explore what's beneath the surface, and find room for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself - without having to have everything figured out first. Whether you're working through anxiety, healing from difficult experiences, exploring your identity, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I take a warm, collaborative approach and meet you where you are. Some sessions may be about making sense of what's happening. Others may be about learning a new skill, sitting with something difficult, challenging an old belief, or simply having a place to say the things you've been holding in. There isn't one right way to do therapy. We'll find what works for you!
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I also draw from CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches when they fit your needs. Rather than following a set formula, I want to understand you - your story, your values, and what matters most to you - and build our work from there.
A safe, trauma-informed space to understand how past experiences may continue to affect how you feel, think, and relate to yourself and others.
